Hey there...happened across the LinkWorth mention and first want to thank you for the feedback and write up.
First I will agree with you that parts of our control center still need to be better explained. We announced on our blog some time ago that we will have the initial launch, which is live now, then we'll come back with a final version that should iron out most issues.

"Baffling names" ... should we be boring and call them what our competitors call them so new customers can understand? Or should we brand our own names? Did you know what "Twitter" was? Or "Facebook"? Or how about "Intellitxt"? I can continue on with the examples, but you should understand our angle here. All of our products begin with the first part of our company name "Link", then it's followed with a short description or acronym of the product. In the age of text messaging, the majority of people would abbreviate a product we call "Multiple URL Rotating Link Ads". So we called it "LinkMura". Make sense? (seems like a gimmick?? that was a give up answer...hehe)

I agree there needs to be a level of easiness to what we do and trust me when I say we are constantly working to make things easy. The easy thing to do would be to make each product it's own site/service, but we prefer the one stop shop and many of our customers that know our system would agree with us 100%.

The biggest thing that helps us are great customers like you that do the work to help us explain our products and give feedback. To that, I send a huge "Thank You!". :-)
